Blue Cheese Rimmed Bloody Mary-Tini

 
Here's a great start to any game day! Try these, you'll love them!
 
Blue Cheese Rimmed Bloody Mary-Tini
 


BLUE CHEESE RIMMED BLOODY MARY-TINI

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces vodka
1 ounce dry vermouth
2 ounces Mr. and Mrs. T’s Blood Mary Mix
1 ounce McClure’s Bloody Mary Mix
1/2 ounce dill pickle juice
1/4 teaspoon horseradish
1/8 teaspoon celery salt

1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Splash or milk or cream

Optional garnishments-
Celery
Pickled asparagus
Dill pickles
Olives
Cocktail onions
Candied bacon
Shrimp
Pickled garlic scapes
Pepperoncini
 
PREPARATION

Add 2 ice cubes to a martini shaker then add the vodka, vermouth, bloody mary mixes, pickle juice, horseradish and celery salt. Shake well.

Mix blue cheese, celery salt and the splash or cream to a small bowl then add a thin layer to the inside rim of a martini glass. Pour the bloody mary mixture into the glass. Add any optional garnishments, enjoy!

 
 
 
Another great idea is to make bloody mary mix ice cubes, here's how I do it.
I add some leftover pickle juice to an ice cube tray, then I sprinkle in some celery salt and a drop of worcestershire sauce.
 
 
 
Then add some bloody mary mix to the ice cube tray and freeze.
 
 
 


 
I threw a few olives in some of the ice cube trays. When they are frozen, transfer them to a ziplock bag or container and keep frozen until ready to use.
