Cool and Collected Cobb Salad Burger
I always love adding a classic salad to a burger and this one is no exception. I love the classic wedge salad and my late brother, Todd, loved a classic cobb salad. So, here's my version and it's aptly named "Cool and Collected Cobb Salad Burger" because my brother was exactly that - cool and collected. He didn't let things ruffle his feathers, he was always very calm and always smiling.
