Mango Fire Cheddar Burgers
I came across some cheese that I fell in love with. It's from a company out of Wisconsin called the Great Midwest. I created this burger around this cheese and it tastes exactly as it sounds. The mango is sweet, the fire is spicy and the cheddar speaks for itself. I then added some fresh mango and cilantro along with some hot sauce and here's the outcome...yum!
