May begins the official grilling season. Even though I grill year around, I always look forward to grilling without having to shovel snow and make a path to my grill. Living in Michigan we have some pretty cold and windy winters, but that doesn't stop me from grilling. I just don't grill as much in the winter as I do in the summer.
In May, we start gearing up to open our seasonal businesses. I enjoy grilling for our employees as much as they enjoy eating these burgers. I can feel that summer is right around the corner. We are putting our docks in the water within the next week and our new boats will be arriving soon.
