Game Day Ham and Cheese Ranch Sliders

Spring is here and that means we'll be attending a lot of baseball, softball and soccer games. So if you like ham, cheese and ranch, you'll love these sliders. These are great to make ahead and take to the games for a delicious snack.

GAME DAY HAM AND CHEESE SLIDERS

INGREDIENTS:

1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (12 count) package dinner rolls – King’s Hawaiian are my favorite
1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
12 slices deli ham
12 slices provolone cheese (or your favorite sliced cheese)

PREPARATION:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small saucepan, add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, onion powder and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning together.

Cut the entire pack of rolls in half, horizontally. Keep all the tops together, if possible and do the same with the bottom halves.

Place the bottom halves in a 9x13 pan.  Spread the cream cheese ranch mixture over the bottom halves. Next, evenly add the ham slices then the cheese slices. Add the bun tops. Then, add the butter mixture over the entire dish. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Cut into 12 slices.

This dish can be served hot or cold. Refrigerate if you’re not going to eat these right away.
