Avocado Deviled Eggs

Here's a great snack for the big game day. If you like guacamole and deviled eggs, you'll love these!



AVOCADO DEVILED EGGS
INGREDIENTS
12 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos, chopped
1 small lime or lemon, juiced
1 roma tomato, seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon ancho chile powder
PREPARATION
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a small bowl, mash the yolks and the avocado together. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, cumin, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper, jalapenos and lime/lemon juice and thoroughly combine. Fold in the tomato.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle the eggs with ancho chile powder.
Note: You’ll have leftover egg/avocado mixture, add it to some French bread or toast and enjoy!
