Grilled Pizza Crust Burgers

I love pizza as much as I love burgers. So it was only a matter of time before I decided the need to combine these two favorites. The home made pizza dough was shaped into circular rounds to mimic the buns and then I grilled them. I added some favorite toppings as well - pizza sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, green peppers, cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil. Yum!

 

 

 My eagle has landed. It's dinner time and on the menu is...fish...
